The creation of an article begins in the Content area in the side menu.
Here you will find the small circled plus at the top right and can select Post from the drop-down menu.
In the window that opens, give your article a title and click on Next.
In the next step, select the template you want to use to create your article. A distinction is made between normal text article templates, event templates and podcasts. You can recognise each of these by the corresponding image.

Depending on how the radiosphere Studio is configured for your radio station, some of the templates in the screenshots may not be available to you. You may see other templates instead.
In this post, we will use the "Standard Article" as a template to create a simple article. To do this, we click on the Standard Article and then on Create Post to create the article.
Now you come to the overview page. Here you can either configure the settings of the post on the right side (for example, when the post should be published, which post groups it should be added to, which permalinks it should have).
To create the article, click on Open Editor on the right.
The editor then opens with an empty article template.
- Add a headline on the left under Title and, if you like, another short text under Sub title.
- You can upload a title image on the left under Image. An image is optional and will only be displayed if you have uploaded an image. Otherwise the design on the website will adapt.
- To insert text, go to the appropriate place in the article and write directly into the editor or copy the text from another source. The best way to do this is to copy from Microsoft Word.
- It may be that your radio station also requires a summary to make your article easier to find in Google. In that case, you also have to fill in this field on the left side of the page.
The order of the above steps is not relevant.
Now at the latest, or optionally in between, you must save your article by pressing the Save button at the top.
In order to see the article in the preview or to publish it later, you should also press the
Publish should also be pressed.
Click on Publish to check the settings of the article again. You can publish an article immediately or schedule it for later. It will then be published automatically on the website as soon as the publication date arrives.
Following these steps, the simplest form of an article is already created.
The menu button at the top left takes you back to the overview. Now you can preview the article.
If the article has been published via Publish and the Schedule Date is set appropriately, the article is now published and visible to everyone.
The article is now published and visible to users with the link.
To deactivate or delete the article, click on the three dots next to Open Editor in the top right-hand corner. There you can either deactivate an article (Archive Post) or delete it permanently (Delete Post).
