The radiosphere Studio uses automatically generated URLs for all pages by default. However, sometimes it can be useful to customize these URLs. For example, for distribution via social media, advertising or cooperation with one or more partners.
To assign a manual URL to an article, you have to go to the overview page of the post. There you click on the Permalinks section in the settings area on the right.
In the window click on Add Permalink. Under App you can choose for which app this URL should be valid (usually Web, iOS or Android). Normally you should select your web-app there, if it is not selected automatically.
Under Url you can now select under which address the post should be accessible. If you enter /this-is-my-link as in the example and click on Add, then the article will be accessible via www.deine-webseite.de/das-ist-mein-link in the future. Additionally you can enter a validity date, from when the link name should appear. This can be useful, for example, to prepare competitions or other time-critical content.
Multiple articles share the same link
You can also use the same link, so in our example /this-is-my-link, for multiple articles at the same time. This is especially useful if you have multiple versions of an article and want them to be accessible alternately. For example, you can schedule an article for the current program for the next days or the weekend. To do this, you can simply give the relevant articles a URL as described above. If more than one article has the same URL linked, then the article that has the most recent schedule date will always be displayed.
