Hello and welcome to the radiosphere studio! We are delighted to welcome you as a user 😊
Before you start creating great content, we'd like to explain how to register for the radiosphere Studio, how to log in and out of the system and where you can check your user role.
Registration
First of all, you have to register for the radiosphere studio. Your account will be activated by the admin of your organisation. If you do not know who this is, either your team or we at radiosphere can help you (support@radiosphere.com).
The admin of your organisation will create an account for you and assign you a password, which you can then change to your own. To change your password, click on the male symbol in the top right-hand corner and then on Profiles.
You will now be taken to your profile overview. Here you can also see which user rights you have and what your radiosphere Studio role is in the organisation. Click on the Actions button with the blue background and then on Change Password.
Enter your new password twice and confirm it by clicking on Save.
To log in to the radiosphere studio, go to www.radiosphere.studio/login. Under Organisation, enter the name of your employer that was specified when you created your account. If you don't know what this name is, either the admin of your team or we at radiosphere can help you (support@radiosphere.com).
Then enter your professional email address and your password, which you may have changed recently.
Click on Log In to log in.
Logout
If you want to log out of the radiosphere Studio, click on the little man symbol in the top right-hand corner and then on Logout.
You are now logged out of the radiosphere Studio.
Checking your user role
Check your profile to see which user role you have. To create content for your website and app, you must have the role Content or Admin. You can find an overview of all roles and their rights here.
Click on the male symbol in the top right-hand corner and then on Profiles.
You will now be taken to your profile overview. Here you can see which user role you have and which is your radiosphere Studio role in the organisation.
