You can display all entries in the areas Content > Posts, Campaigns (as of the Future Nostalgia update), as well as Organization in two different views:
- Grid View: Displays all entries of both areas as a grid.
- List View: Displays all entries of both areas as a list.
Grid and List View for Posts
Depending on the view, the displayed entry information varies:
Grid View
In addition to the title of the post, the header image, tag type, status label, publish date and tags of the post are displayed.
List View
In addition to the title, tag type, status label, publish date and tags of the post, the person responsible, post group and creation date of the post are also displayed.
Grid and List View for Campaigns
Similar to posts, campaigns can now be explored in grid or list form:
Grid View
The original grid view will show you the title, header image, status label, and the scheduled period for the campaign.
List View
The list view for campaigns will display the title, status label, schedule period for the campaign, as well as the date it was created. Clicking on the Title and Created tab headers allows you to quickly sort the list alphabetically or according to the date they were created.
Grid and List View for Studio users
Important: The Organization section (formerly Settings) is only displayed if you have admin rights. Find out what it's all about here.
Depending on the view, the entry information displayed will vary:
Grid View
You will see the profile pictures, display names and email addresses of the studio users.
List View
In addition to profile pictures, display names and email addresses of the studio users, you will also see user names, creation date and account status of the persons.
Change view
If you want to switch from the Grid View to the List View or vice versa, you can do this by clicking on the two icons to the left of the sorting dropdown. Click on the icon of the desired view.
