In order to be able to change user rights within your organisation in radiosphere Studio, you must have been assigned the role of an admin or a user management role. Only then is it possible for you to make changes in user management. If you are not an admin within your organisation, ask the person in charge to assign you user:inside rights.
To change user rights as an admin, click on the Settings tab in the grey selection menu on the left. In the following, all users within your organisation will be displayed. Select the person whose rights you want to change. An overview of all existing user roles appears. If you don't know exactly what they mean, look here.
Change the person's rights by clicking on the buttons to the right of the respective role. If the right is assigned, the button is highlighted in blue. It appears grey if the right is deactivated or not assigned to the person.
After adjusting the user:inside rights, it is not necessary to save the settings. All settings are automatically applied to the respective person.
