You can crop images for different formats so that your content looks good in as many places as possible, such as the header. You can do this either during the upload or afterwards. To do this, find the image in the Image Library and click Edit. There you change from the Metadata section to the Crop section.
On the left you will see a preview of the original image with the default crop for the 16:9 field. Click on the area and hold down the left mouse button to move the area in the way that suits you best. Grab one of the corners and move the mouse to increase (if there is room) or decrease the crop area.
You can also see a preview of the crop live on the right. If you want to edit another crop click on it and adjust the crop on the left. If you want to apply the focus point (the blue cross in the middle) of a crop to all other images, click Apply Crop to All Sizes.
Click on Save & Close to save your changes. The new processing of the image will be started.
Important: The new crops will be available only after this processing is over. The orange loading indicator shows you whether an image is currently being processed. Only then is the image with the new crops both usable in the editor and correctly displayed on the website or app.
