Here you have learned how to call up the results of a campaign and how to evaluate them using diagrams, parameters and filters. Of course you can download these results, for example to select the winners of your raffle with the help of a random number generator.
Export results as CSV file
Before you export the results as a spreadsheet, make sure that you have included all relevant participant information in the listing. If you don't know how to filter results, you can read about it here. To export the results as a CSV file, click on the Actions button and then either on Export All if you want to export all results regardless of your filter settings, or on Export View if you only want to download the results according to your filtering.
A new window will open. Click on the CSV file icon in it and a line will appear with an automatically generated name for the CSV file. You can change this name by overwriting it in the line. Click on Export to download the CSV file. The table contained in this file will now be downloaded from your computer and can be found under Downloads.
Randomize results
You can limit the number of results within your CSV file. To do so, click on the grayed out Randomize lever in the export window. If you now click on Randomize, a free row will be opened where you can enter the maximum number of results. The table from the export will then only contain the number of rows corresponding to your randomization.
