After your campaign is finished, you can analyze the results using radiosphere Studio. For example, if you ran a contest or a survey on your website and app, you can view the responses in the Campaigns section and export them as a CSV file.
Call up and evaluate participation diagrams
To do this, click on Campaigns in the menu on the left and then select the corresponding campaign. You will now be taken to the overview page of the campaign. Click on Results to see the results. On the Results Overview, you will see three chart widgets by default:
Sessions over time: Shows you the total number of sessions over the campaign period as well as the number of unfinished sessions
Age distribution: Visualizes the distribution of participants by age range
Gender distribution: Visualizes the distribution of participants according to their gender
You can change the chart type by clicking on the three-dot menu on the right side of a chart widget and then on the desired chart type. Different diagram types are available for each evaluation parameter. You can also delete a diagram widget via the three-point menu - click on Delete. If you want to change the name of the widget, click on the blue pencil next to the diagram name.
If you want to add more chart widgets to the overview you can do this via the Settings dropdown menu in the right corner. Click on Settings and then on the small pulse next to the parameter you want to display as a chart widget. The new widget will now appear in a free space on the overview.
Viewing and filtering results
Select All Submissions from the menu on the left to view the results of your campaign.
If you have set your campaign to only allow people with a profile to participate, you will now see a list of all participant email addresses. These are the email addresses that a user uses to log in to your website and app. If you have also integrated a text input for email addresses within your campaign, participants can also enter an additional email address that does not necessarily have to match the one from the login data. You can display this alternative email address via the Settings drop-down menu in the right corner. Click on the small crossed out eye next to email in the Nodes section. Under Nodes you can view the results that participants have left using the interactive response component within your campaign. This can be a message, a photo or an audio file. For example, if you ran a contest where participants had to leave a message, you can also make this visible in the list: Click on the small crossed out eye next to message in the settings dropdown menu. Message stands here for the corresponding interactive response component.
You can also filter the results by time. You can do this via the drop-down menu with the small clock. For example, you can set the filter to show only those entries that were made within a certain period of time. You can also filter out results generated on a specific day, time or day of the week.
After you have narrowed down the listing of results using filters, you can specify this selection again with further filters. For example, you can choose to display only those filtered results that were created by registered users (Is registered?).
When you have integrated all results relevant for you into the listing and filtered them accordingly, you can export them as a CSV file. Read here how to do that.
